Finance
Deductions, AP and AR, reconciliation, and payment status

Our approach
CPG teams do not need another generic copilot. They need work redesigned around the data, approvals, exceptions, and decisions that already run the business.
Serve builds agents into that operating model. Each deployment starts with the workflow itself, then connects the systems, evidence, and people required to move it forward.

Why Serve
Serve is led by founder Quan Tan and based in New York. The company started with the hard economics of trade promotions and deductions, where decisions are fragmented across agreements, retailer portals, spreadsheets, emails, and finance systems.
That same problem appears across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Important work sits between systems, and the context needed to act is scattered. Serve turns that context into a searchable operating memory and gives agents a controlled path to complete the work.
The Serve operating model
Deductions, AP and AR, reconciliation, and payment status
Sales orders, trade accounts, requests, and commitments
Fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and operational exceptions
Promotion analysis, retail signals, and performance memory
Data access, approvals, controls, and deployment review
The context, evidence, decisions, and outcomes behind the work
Serve focuses on the functions, controls, and exceptions that make consumer businesses hard to operate.
From the Serve team

Bring one workflow, the systems behind it, and the exceptions slowing your team down. Serve will map the work and show where agents fit.
