  • Customer Data. Promotional, trade, sales, and related business data you connect or upload so our AI agents can analyze it on your behalf.
  • Usage information. Pages viewed, features used, and interactions with the Services, collected automatically.
  • Device and log data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Process your data through our AI agents to deliver results to you.
  • Communicate with you, including support and service updates.
  • Personalize your experience and develop new features.
  • Google Workspace API data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing Serve functionality requested by the customer, as described in the Google Workspace API Data section below.
  • Monitor security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Google Workspace API Data

Serve's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google Workspace data only after a customer authorizes Serve to do so. We use that data only to provide or improve user-facing Serve functionality requested by the customer, such as locating and analyzing emails and business documents relevant to receivables, deductions, disputes, and related workflows.

Google Workspace data is stored only as needed to provide the requested functionality and is retained and deleted in accordance with the Data Retention section below. We share Google Workspace data only with service providers or subprocessors acting on our behalf when necessary to provide that user-facing functionality, under applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations, or when the customer directs us to share it.

Serve does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Serve does not sell Google Workspace data; use it for targeted, personalized, retargeted, interest-based, or other advertising; use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes; provide it to data brokers or information resellers; or use it to create unrelated databases.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers and subprocessors who help us operate the Services under confidentiality obligations; professional advisors; authorities when required by law; and parties to a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Customer Data is processed on your behalf and is not shared except as needed to provide the Services or as you direct.

5. AI Processing

Our Services use AI models to analyze data and generate scores, insights, and recommendations. We do not use your Customer Data to train shared, cross-customer foundation models without your permission. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified before relying on them.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also manage cookie preferences through your browser settings and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

9. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
